These Keto/Low Carb Coconut Chocolate Truffles look like cute little balls and require just four ingredients.
Makes: 3 Truffles
Ingredients:
Desiccated Coconut – 4 tsp
Stevia – ¼ tsp
Dark Chocolate – 2 squares (20 gm)
Heavy Cream – 1 tbsp
Method:
1. Melt the dark chocolate in microwave or double boiler.
2. Add the Amul Cream, stevia and 3 tsp desiccated coconut.
3. Mix everything till it resembles smooth dough.
4. Shape them into balls.
5. Roll the balls in the leftover coconut flakes and put them in refrigerator for half an hour.
6. Enjoy them as pre or post workout snack.
