Homemade Peanut Butter!!!


Peanut Butter is naturally Keto friendly as it is very high in fat. This one is made at home, without all the ‘JUNK’ present in the store-bought versions.

Roasted Peanuts – 250 gms
Coconut Oil or Peanut Oil – 4 tbsp
Stevia (Optional) – 1 tsp
Salt (Optional) – ¼ tsp

1. Blend the peanuts in a blender.
2. Add the coconut oil 1 tbsp at a time and keep blending for 10-12 minutes until it starts resembling a smooth paste.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend some more.
4. Transfer to an airtight container and have it just like that or use in other recipes.
