Butter (at room temperature) – 2 Tbsp
Desiccated Coconut – 2 Tbsp
Almond Flour – 2 Tbsp
Psyllium Husk – 1 Tbsp
Powdered Stevia – ½ Tsp
Coconut Milk – 2 Tbsp
1. Mix everything together till it starts resembling smooth dough.
2. Refrigerate the mixture for an hour.
3. Divide the mixture into 8 parts and shape them into small balls.
4. Refrigerate again for sometime.
