Keto Easy Cheesy Egg Meal!!!

Serves: 2

Ingredients:
Eggs – 3
Cheddar Cheese – 1 Cup
Heavy Cream (I used Amul) – ¼ Cup
Butter (at room temperature) – 2 Tbsp
Salt – ¼ tsp
Oregano – ¼ tsp

Method:

  1. Grease the microwave safe bowl with half of the butter.
  2. Add all the ingredients.
  3. Stir it well.
  4. Microwave for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Serve and enjoy.

 

Note:

After the initial 2 minutes, please check whether the eggs are cooked or not. If it is not done yet, stir it and stick it back into the oven and microwave for another 1 minute. You may have to adjust the timing of the microwave but I recommend, keep an eye on it so that the eggs are not overcooked.
