These delectable hearts are extremely easy to make and are very addictive – beware! I made these beauties to snack on in between the meals.
Makes: 10 mini hearts
Cream Cheese (I used this one) – ¾ Cup (150 gm)
Strawberries (fresh or frozen) (I used these) – ½ Cup
Butter (softened) (I make it at home but you can use the regular Amul butter) – 1 tbsp
Vanilla Extract (optional but lovely) (I used this one) – 1 tsp
Erythritol (this stuff here) – 3 tsp
Stevia (this one here) – 1 tsp
1. Add all the ingredients in the bowl.
2. Blend everything together.
3. Pour into 10 heart shaped silicon moulds.
4. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
5. Remove the cups from the moulds.
