Cheese stuffed capsicum!!!

Ingredients:
Capsicum – 500 Gm (7-8 small sized)
Cheddar Cheese
 (grated) – 2 Cup
Keto Tomato Ketchup
 – 1/2 Cup
Ghee – 2 Tsp
Pepper and oregano (or any herb of your choice)


Method:

  1. Cut all the capsicums into 2 halves.
  2. Grease both the halves with ghee.
  3. Add 1 tsp tomato ketchup into it.
  4. Stuff the cheese into all the capsicum halves.DSC_3605.jpg
  5. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200° C for 15 mins.
  6. Sprinkle pepper and oregano before serving.
  7. Enjoy!!!
