These Keto cheese stuffed capsicum will make a a great addition to any dinner table, or even as an evening snack on its own.
- Cut all the capsicums into 2 halves.
- Grease both the halves with ghee.
- Add 1 tsp tomato ketchup into it.
Stuff the cheese into all the capsicum halves.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200° C for 15 mins.
- Sprinkle pepper and oregano before serving.
